Our church believes in community and is designed to help you grow in Christ and help others do the same. Baypointe Church is a community of believers who are all on the same journey together. Here are a few ways you can join us on that journey.
The first followers of Christ met in homes, they shared meals together, prayed together, cried together and dreamed together. Life Groups @ Baypointe Church are groups of people who meet together to study the Bible, form relationships and do life. They meet in homes, coffee shops or wherever they can find the space. It’s a great way to get to know each other, grow closer to God and get plugged in. Our Life Groups meet for 12-16 weeks at a time, each semester is followed by a chance to sign up (fill month) for the next semester. Our curriculum will change with each new cycle, this system allows everyone to try different groups without feeling “locked in.”
The Dream Team is a group of people who are using their gifts and talents to serve Panama City Beach and the surrounding area. From performing on the worship arts and media team, to greeting and serving in first impressions and guest services, to ministering and teaching children and teenagers, to leading a small group or serving in our outreach team. All of our ministries are part of a united force of people who believe in serving others and who want to make an impact for the Kingdom of God. If you desire to belong to something bigger than yourself and you want to make a difference, join our team!
We are passionate about reaching out and helping others. Our motto at Baypointe Church is to “bring hope to the beach,” and we strive to do that throughout the year. From our “Serve Bay Sunday” outreach to supporting orphans in Haiti and Guatemala, we are serious about serving others in whatever way we can. We also love to provide opportunities for everyone to get together and “do life.” Womens seminars, family movie nights, game nights, “Man Group,” and “Parents Night Out,” are all ways in which we try to bring people together to form relationships and strengthen our community.
